The Different grades of cashew in the world
There
are 33 different grades of cashew kernels in total. Referred by two or more
alphabets and a number.
W180- W-180 is the 'King of Cashew'. They are a larger size and very expensive.
W210
-W-210 is popularly known as 'Jumbo nuts.'
W240
-W
-240 is an attractive grade that is reasonably priced.
W320
-W -320 are the most popular among cashew kernels
And
highest in terms of availability, worldwide.
W400
& W450 -W-400
& W-450 are the smallest and cheapest white whole kernels and hence the
favorite among low-priced whole grades.
