Black peppers are usually categorized by the method of filtration.
The hand-picked and processed black peppers are
sorted into the bucket shape of the machine. Then the peppers are filtered by size.
The higher size of peppers are to be filtered into the top of the filter, then the next size follows to be the next filter, and again the next size, then a small size will be placed in the last layers of the filter. This is the method of categorization of black pepper.
